Shipping and Returns
All the items are handmade and made to order, so I therefore aim to ship within 3 - 10 business days after purchase. Multiple items ordered may take longer to despatch. I am not liable for delays or customs that may occur during transit.
All orders are delivered with Royal Mail, UPS, DHL and Evri with tracking included. Shipping is available worldwide.
The price of postage depends on the weight of the product purchased and will be added to the total sum of your order at the checkout. Packaging is also included in the price of the product.
Please note, I cannot be held accountable if the wrong delivery address is provided.
Customers wishing to cancel an order must do so within 24 hours after the order has been placed.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after dispatch. The item needs to be returned in it’s original condition including packaging. Shipping costs are unfortunately non refundable.
Please consider the final purchase and read the product descriptions fully before placing your order. Exchanges and returns are only applicable if the product is damaged or faulty. This means returns are not accepted due to change of mind.
In order to apply for a return please email email@example.com stating the reason for return and proof of purchase. After the order has been returned and deemed satisfactory, your refund will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
Postage costs on returns are unable to be reimbursed. It is advised that the customer makes sure the item is returned using tracked and secure postage. The customer will be liable for any items that fail to be returned through postage.
